Office of Data Management (DGO):
* Operationalized data governance strategy through metadata management, data quality & assurance, and data risk management.
* Established the data domains, guided stewards on evaluating critical data elements, data mapping and measurements.
* Stood-up a new regulatory domain to generate the quarterly call reports with governed data for the district and its 21 banks.
* Supported Data Governance Council in addressing the issues from the business & function leaders thru the development pipeline.

Enterprise Data Architecture:
* Standardized enterprise data architecture across CRM, mortgage origination apps, loan maintenance systems, and DW & BI.
* Established enterprise data standards from modeling & database design to architecture & integration to data services provisioning.
* Introduced Automation Anywhere across the different mortgage applications to automatically ingest the data into the loan origination system reducing human errors and increased time & efficiency.
* Governed solutions thru the Architecture Review Board (ARB) ensuring architectural standards and policy compliance.
* Implemented immediate needs like MDM & data services, DW/BI modernization, report rationalization and tools POC.

Customer Data Strategy:
* Formulated the customer data strategy for transforming the organization from a product centric business to a data-driven customer-centric business in collaboration with Marketing & Brand and CX 2020 Committee across 20 association banks.
* Introduced B2B strategy for association bank data management to provide tiered service engagement and improve brand value.
* Defined customer master and customer 360 focusing on a unified customer, dynamic segmentation, customer’s Journey, value & experience management to effectively understand the customer and cater to their needs.
